Sindhura Lanka

Sindhura Lanka is an experienced Scrum Master Chapter Lead at Vanguard, having joined the company in July 2010, where responsibilities include leading and mentoring fellow scrum masters while managing software projects that implement DevOps principles. Prior to this role, Sindhura held various positions at Vanguard, such as Scrum Master, Project Team Manager, Project Manager, and Software Developer, contributing significantly to web application development. Sindhura's leadership experience extends to academia, having served as President of the IEEE Student Branch at Rutgers and President of the NJ Beta chapter of the Tau Beta Pi Association, Inc. Additional internships include a position as a UI Developer at Vanguard and a Summer Intern in Energy Management at Con Edison. Sindhura earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, completing the degree in 2010.
