Stephanie Napier

Stephanie Napier is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Head of IIG and FAS Legal at Vanguard since August 2010. In this role, Stephanie leads a legal team that provides counsel for Vanguard's retirement plan services and investment product distribution. Prior to this position, Stephanie held the roles of Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel at Vanguard, focusing on institutional retirement plan services. Stephanie's career also includes significant experience at M&I Bank as VP & Senior Trust Counsel and at Groom Law Group, Chartered, as an Associate. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
