Zhizhong Zhuang

Zhizhong (Jeff) Zhuang is an accomplished technologist with extensive experience in mobile application engineering and software development. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Mobile Application Engineering at Vanguard since August 2022, Zhuang has previously held prominent positions at Qurate Retail Group and QVC, managing mobile application development. Prior roles include Director of Software Development at Aterrasys, where Zhuang led initiatives in defense technology, and Lead Engineer, R&D Manager at Optellios, overseeing sensor product development in security and telecommunications. Zhuang holds a Ph.D. in Physics and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, as well as degrees in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
