Kelsey Willard

Kelsey Willard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in office management, coaching, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Touchpoints Scheduler for Vaniam Group, Kelsey assists in the scheduling of meetings at national and global conferences. Kelsey's longstanding role as Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant at Sullivan Chiropractic involves client intake, accounts management, and billing. Previous positions include Head Diving Coach and Diving Coach at Bowdoin College, Front Desk Office Coordinator at Hoyt Chiropractic Center, and various roles in the chiropractic field. Kelsey began a career in service and coaching with Sea Dog Brewing Co. and Polar Bear Diving Club at Bowdoin College, while also gaining valuable experience as a Teaching Assistant at Bates College, where project and fieldwork logistics were managed. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology/History from Bates College and has pursued further education through The Umbra Institute.
