Lilia Villalpando

Lilia Villalpando, CMIT, currently serves as a Project Manager at Vanir since July 2023, after a lengthy tenure at Kitchell from 2011 to July 2023, where Lilia held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Contract Administrator at McCuskey Group, Inc. from June 2008 to December 2009, contributing to the construction management of the new Police and Fire Headquarters for the City of Escondido. Lilia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University-Fresno, completing the program in 2008.
