Joel Younger

Joel Younger has extensive work experience in the food industry. Joel began their career at Quaker Oats in 2007 as a Supervisor and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Kraft Foods as an Operations Supervisor. In 2011, they joined Cargill as an Area Superintendent until 2014. Joel then worked as a Plant Manager at Bay State Milling Company from 2014 to 2021. In 2021, they became the Director of Manufacturing at Lundberg Family Farms until 2022. Currently, Joel serves as the Vice President of Operations at Vann Family Orchards.

Joel Younger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Milling Science and Management from Kansas State University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.
