Steven Heishman

Steven Heishman has over 12 years of professional experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. From 2010 to 2016, they served as Senior Director of Technology Project & Contract Staffing at HireStrategy, where they were responsible for providing contract, direct hire and executive search solutions for employers in the Washington DC area. In 2016, they moved to Nuix, where they served as People & Culture Partner and Talent Acquisition, creating innovative enterprise software that empowers organizations to simply and quickly find the truth from any data in a digital world. In 2021, they joined Coinbase as Senior Recruiter, where they were responsible for helping to build out the digital currency wallet and platform. Steven is currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Vannevar Labs.

Steven Heishman attended Marshall University from 2001 to 2006, where they completed their degree in General Studies.
