Caroline Chan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Portfolio and Program Strategy at Vanqua Bio since November 2024, Caroline previously held roles at Harpoon Therapeutics, where responsibilities evolved from Contract Project Manager to Senior Manager Project Management and ultimately to Associate Director of Project Management. Prior to that, Caroline contributed to Noom Inc. as Senior Research Project Manager and PatientsLikeMe as Senior Program Manager, demonstrating expertise in managing large-scale programs and strategic partnerships. Early career experience includes roles at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital, focusing on clinical research coordination.
