Rob Delaine

Rob Delaine has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and business change field. Rob is currently working as the Technology and Business Change Engagement Director at Vanquis Banking Group. Prior to this, they held the same position at Vanquis Bank and Moneybarn, which is a division of Vanquis Banking Group. In these roles, they were responsible for driving technology and business change initiatives and was a part of the senior leadership teams.

Before joining Vanquis Banking Group, Rob worked at St. James's Place Wealth Management as a Business Change Director, overseeing all business change activities and leading major change programs. Rob also served as a Platform Program Director, leading a program to consolidate multiple outsourced administration service providers and implement a new platform.

Earlier in their career, Rob held various roles at Differentis, where they were an Associate Director/Partner responsible for leading the Programme Management Practice. Rob also worked at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and IBM as a Program and Project Manager.

Rob's early experience includes working at GEC-Marconi as a Product Program Manager, where they managed programs for the production of Command and Control systems for naval vessels.
