Rob Delaine

Rob Delaine has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rob is currently working as a Technology and Business Change Engagement Director at Vanquis Banking Group and Vanquis Bank since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Moneybarn, a division of Vanquis Banking Group, from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they worked at St. James's Place Wealth Management from 2009 to 2021, holding various positions including Business Change Director, Platform Program Director, Technology Director, and Program Manager and Consultant. Before that, they worked at Differentis as an Associate Director and Partner from 2001 to 2012. Rob also has experience at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and IBM as a Program and Project Manager. Rob'searly career includes working at GEC-Marconi as a Product Program Manager.

Rob Delaine attended Hatfield Polytechnic from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Engineering.
