Liam Deasey

Liam Deasey has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Liam is currently serving as the Commercial Director at Vanquis Banking Group. Prior to this role, they worked at Provident Financial Group - Provident HC & Satsuma, where they held various positions including Digital Loans Director, Head of Commercial, and Head of Partnerships, CCD. Before that, Liam worked at Barclaycard in several roles including Director, New Customer Acquisition, Head of Strategic Capability, General Manager, Senior Manager of Barclays Direct Channels, Sales and Partnerships Manager, and they also completed the Barclaycard Graduate Development Programme. Liam began their career at HSBC, where they participated in the Management Development Programme. Throughout their career, Liam has demonstrated leadership skills, accountability for driving growth, and expertise in forging partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Liam Deasey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Studies from the University of Leeds, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in International Marketing Management from the same university, completing their studies in 2001.
