Dave Palmer

Dave Palmer currently serves as Digital Director at Vanquis, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Dave worked at TSB Bank as Chief Product Owner for Digital & Everyday Banking from January 2021 to July 2025, overseeing digital services for over 2 million active users. Before that, Dave spent more than 13 years at Nationwide Building Society, culminating in roles such as Chief Product Owner for Digital Banking and Head of Mobile & Digital Banking, leading successful initiatives that enhanced mobile activation and service delivery for over 4.5 million members monthly. Dave's early career includes a graduate management development program and an internship at HSBC. Academic credentials include a BCom (Hons) in Business Commerce from the University of Birmingham.
