Chloe de Salis

Chloe De Salis currently serves as the Merchandising Manager for Women's and Kids Footwear at Vans, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Buyer and Buyer for Streetwear Brands at schuh from August 2019 to October 2025, and as a Buyer for Branded Apparel and Footwear at Surfdome.com from May 2018 to July 2019. Chloe also held various buying positions at New Look, including Senior Assistant Buyer for Franchise (Middle East) and Assistant Buyer for Footwear from May 2016 to May 2018. Initial experience in retail began at The Dune Group, where positions included International Buying Administrator, Buying Intern, and Assistant Manager from February 2011 to April 2016. Educationally, Chloe De Salis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology with Psychology from Kingston University (2011-2014) and completed high school at South Downs College with a focus on English Language, Philosophy, and Advanced Drama, as well as 10 GCSEs from Felpham Community College.
