Serena Poggi

Serena Poggi is an experienced professional in eCommerce and merchandising, currently serving as Manager of eCommerce Merchandising at Vans since June 2022. Serena has developed a comprehensive eCommerce product strategy across 22 multi-language countries, collaborating with various teams to optimize seasonal assortments and customer journeys. Prior to this role, Serena worked at VF Corporation in various analytical positions, focusing on retail and eCommerce business, where responsibilities included financial analysis and digital marketing optimization. Serena began a career at PwC Italy as an Auditor before gaining experience in communications at UK Trade & Investment. Academically, Serena holds a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Università Bocconi and an Executive Master in Data Analytics and Marketing Intelligence.
