Brianne Gaultiere

Brianne Gaultiere serves as the Lead People Business Partner for Marketing at Vanta since August 2025, bringing extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Previously, Brianne held the position of Head of People at Found, where a small team was led to enhance strategic business partnering and talent acquisition. Brianne's career includes roles as a Senior HR Business Partner at Carta and Sonos, focusing on aligning people priorities with business objectives and optimizing organizational health. In addition to corporate roles, Brianne founded Brianne Elyse Interiors, a creative outlet for designing personalized spaces. An earlier career in sales and operations management at The Joy Agency and patient services at MedBridge Development further diversified Brianne's skill set. Brianne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Westmont College.
