Eddie Pak

Eddie Pak, MBA, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Partner for Applied AI at Vanta, Eddie specializes in supporting hiring initiatives for AI-focused roles. Previously held roles include Technical Recruiting Researcher at Netflix, Director and Head of Talent at Polymer Labs, and Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Polygon Labs, among others. Eddie's career spans multiple prominent companies, including Meta and Google, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts in artificial intelligence and technology sectors. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, Eddie has completed the CS50 course in Introduction to Computer Science at Harvard University.
