Harry Heymann is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Interim Head of Engineering at Vanta since May 2025, Harry has previously held positions such as Managing Director at EQT Group and CTO at Affinity.co, where responsibilities included leading remote engineering teams and managing budgets to drive growth. While at Attentive, Harry played a pivotal role in scaling the engineering team from 45 to 260 employees, significantly enhancing company valuation. Prior to these roles, Harry provided consulting services in engineering management after a sabbatical. Harry holds a BS in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
