Kelsey McFarlane

Kelsey McFarlane is a seasoned events specialist with extensive experience in the marketing and events management sector. Currently serving as a Senior Events Specialist at Vanta since August 2025, Kelsey previously held the role of Marketing Events Manager at LastPass and worked as an Event Manager at RFPIO Inc. Kelsey’s career began at Orchestra Software, where efforts significantly contributed to growing the customer base in the craft beer technology industry. Additional roles include Special Events & Engagement Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, where Kelsey enhanced brand awareness and streamlined marketing processes. Earlier experience includes positions at Ruby Receptionists, AFS-USA, Inc., and the University of Oregon, where Kelsey excelled in development and donor engagement initiatives.
