Kyle Ducharme

Kyle Ducharme is a seasoned product designer at Vanta, bringing over a decade of experience in building digital products that address complex issues such as compliance and governance. Previously, Kyle served as a Senior Product Designer at TaxJar, where they were instrumental in simplifying sales tax compliance before the company's acquisition by Stripe. With a diverse background, Kyle has also worked in various design roles, including Head of Design at Correlated and Staff Product Designer at HubSpot. In addition to their professional pursuits, Kyle co-founded Kao Jai Coffee while living in Thailand and has managed numerous volunteer and construction projects with the Appalachia Service Project. Currently, Kyle is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship at Belmont University.
