Molly Ober has extensive experience in client relationship management and customer experience, currently serving as an Account Manager at Lattice since April 2019, where responsibilities have included renewal management and enhancing customer experience. Prior to Lattice, Molly worked at Meltwater from October 2016 to April 2019, holding positions such as Client Experience Manager, where client needs were analyzed to drive strategic insights, and Client Onboarder, focused on developing training plans and implementing solutions. Molly's early experience includes an internship as a Business Analyst at Bon Appetit @ Google, where oversight of daily activities and financial management were key responsibilities. Molly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Recreation, and Tourism from California State University - East Bay between 2014 and 2016.
