Vaibhav Narayanam

Vaibhav Narayanam currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development at Vanta, having joined in September 2025. Prior to this role, Vaibhav worked at ServiceNow from March 2020 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading Corporate Development and M&A efforts, overseeing a $7 billion technology workflow portfolio. Earlier experience includes positions at H.I.G. Capital and Jefferies, focusing on corporate development and technology investment banking. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Computer Engineering and Economics from Duke University, completing studies in May 2012.
