Zach Xu

Zach Xu currently serves as a Security & Compliance Partner at Vanta and is a member of Alluviance, a community supporting sales professionals. Previously, Zach worked at Microsoft from September 2020 to June 2024, holding positions including Project Manager for the Leader Transitions Program, where Zach managed a framework supporting over 3000 newly promoted leaders, and Business Program Manager for Executive Programs, developing a successful Career Development Program that aided over 600 participants annually. Additionally, Zach hosted and executive produced the Powered By the People Podcast, securing $240K in funding to showcase Microsoft's culture. Prior to Microsoft, Zach was the Chief Operations Officer at Imprint Genius from February 2017 to January 2020. Zach holds a degree from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
