Saara Kaikkonen

Saara Kaikkonen is a psychologist with extensive experience in perinatal mental health and early parent-child interaction. Currently serving as a psychologist at Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue since January 2023, Kaikkonen also holds the position of Team Manager of Psychology Services at Psykologipalvelu Mielenviita while running a private practice focused on conversation treatment for adults. Previous roles include working as a maternity and child health centre psychologist in the City of Lohja and as a psychologist at Preggo Oy. Kaikkonen has also gained valuable experience at the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa, and in educational settings such as Valmennustiimi Eximia and Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Kaikkonen holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Eastern Finland, earned in 2013.
