Tammy Bigler has extensive experience in workforce development, having held various leadership roles in different organizations. Tammy is currently the Director of Workforce Development at VANTAGE Aging, where Tammy oversees SCSEP and maintains relationships with funders. Tammy also has a Master's in Public Administration from The University of Akron.
