Zach Nickerson

Zach Nickerson has a diverse work experience in the employment and workforce industry. Zach started their career in 2011 as an Employment Services Representative at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce. After two years, they joined ResCare Workforce Services as a Career Specialist for a brief period in 2013. Later in the same year, they returned to the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce and held the position of Pee Dee Region Recruiter until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Zach served as a Workforce Support Coordinator, and then as a Workforce Support Manager from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Workforce Services, a role they have been in since June 2021.

Zach Nickerson attended Central Carolina Technical College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Their field of study during this time is unknown. Following their time at Central Carolina Technical College, Zach went on to study at Francis Marion University from 2008 to 2010. Zach graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology.
