Suzette Noble

Suzette Noble has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality and retail industries. Suzette is currently the Chief Executive Officer of LaGuardia Gateway Partners at Vantage Airport Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at LaGuardia Gateway Partners.

Before joining Vantage Airport Group, Suzette held key roles at Krispy Kreme, where they were the Division Vice President of US Operations and the Operations Project Lead for New York Entry. At Krispy Kreme, they focused on delivering operational excellence, developing teams, and driving financial performance.

Suzette co-founded Vivid Isle Hospitality Consulting Group, where they served as a Principal Consultant. Suzette worked with owners, senior leadership, and teams to elevate organizational excellence and empower leadership.

Suzette also has experience working at Great Wolf Lodge as an Operations & Customer Experience Consultant, and at Walt Disney World in various positions, including General Manager of Disney's Port Orleans Resort Riverside, General Manager of Merchandise Operations at Disney Springs, and General Manager of Merchandise Operations at both Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom.
