Nikhil Norula

Nikhil Norula is an experienced professional in employee engagement, talent management, and HR consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Americas & Global Partnerships at Vantage Circle, Nikhil leads growth initiatives across the Americas while managing partnerships globally. As a Consulting Partner at Innoveux Canada Inc., Nikhil develops product strategies for HR Tech and FinTech firms. Additionally, Nikhil mentors startups in the Canada Start-Up Visa program through the Toronto Business Development Centre. Previous roles include Co-founder & Vice President at PossibleWorks, where Nikhil contributed to its growth as a leader in employee recognition platforms, and Head of Rewards at eYantra, successfully building the online business solutions segment. Early career experience includes Corporate Human Resources Manager at Tech Mahindra, where Nikhil implemented global HR frameworks for a large workforce, and a Management Trainee at Aon Hewitt, focusing on total rewards benchmarking. Nikhil holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
