Firooz Barakzai

Firooz Barakzai, M.Sc in Computer Science, currently serves as the Global Manager for Security Solutions and Standards at Vantage Data Centers, a role held since August 2020. Previous positions at Vantage include Global Manager and Security Systems Programmer, as well as Security Systems Supervisor. Firooz's prior experience includes serving as a Senior Regional Security Technician for the U.S. Department of State from 2015 to 2019 and the Dean of Faculty at Bakhtar University in 2014-2015, where Firooz also worked as a Lecturer from 2011 to 2012. Earlier experience includes a position as an OFC Engineer at ZTE Corporation in 2007-2008. Firooz holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Bangalore University.
