John Stephenson

John Stephenson currently serves as Vice President of Public Policy at Vantage Data Centers, overseeing global government affairs, economic development, and community engagement for a leading hyperscale digital infrastructure provider. Previously, John held various roles at Rivian, where leadership focused on state policy initiatives for electric vehicles, and Amazon, directing global public policy efforts to support AWS infrastructure expansion. Early career experiences include positions at the American Legislative Exchange Council, the National Taxpayers Union, and the U.S. House of Representatives, where John contributed to significant legislative efforts and coalition-building initiatives. John holds a B.A. in Government & Law from Lafayette College, graduating magna cum laude.
