Kelly Cavanaugh

Kelly Cavanaugh is an experienced leader in learning design and operations, currently serving as the Director of Learning Design and Operations at GlobalVantage Data Centers since April 2025. Prior to this role, Cavanaugh held multiple positions at Gusto from October 2019 to April 2025, including Head of Learning Design and Operations, Head of Academies, and CX Learning Business Partner. Cavanaugh also contributed as a Senior Customer Success Partner at Avanoo from February 2017 to October 2019 and has a background in training and development as well as store management at Starbucks from November 2005 to February 2017. Cavanaugh holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Ringling College of Art and Design.
