Nomalanga Ncube

Nomalanga Ncube is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources for EMEA at Vantage Data Centers since July 2021, Nomalanga previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Krones SA, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and development. At Huawei Technologies, Nomalanga held the position of Human Resource Officer, focusing on talent acquisition and performance management.
