Maureen O'Malley Rehfuss

Maureen O'Malley Rehfuss, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and ICF-PCC serves as the President and CEO of Vantage Executive & Career Services since October 2017, providing innovative talent management solutions. With a robust background in human resources, Maureen previously held the position of President and Owner at Padilla, leading strategic HR initiatives that significantly increased company revenue and profitability. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at organizations such as Bonestroo, Inc. and Manufacturers' Services Limited, where Maureen was instrumental in establishing HR departments and steering overall HR strategy. Additionally, Maureen contributed as a lecturer at the University of Minnesota and operated as Principal Consultant for Independent HR Associates, offering expertise across various industries. Maureen holds an M.S. in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette University.
