Norma Jean Hines has over 32 years of experience in administrative and compliance roles, primarily at Vantage Health Plan, where responsibilities included reviewing CMS Marketing Guidelines, training employees and brokers, and managing event logistics as a Sales Administrative Assistant and Marketing Medicare Compliance Officer. Prior to Vantage Health Plan, Norma Jean Hines worked at State Farm® as a Flood Specialist IV for 32 years before retiring to care for an elderly parent.
