Richard Hamilton is an experienced Substance Abuse Counselor with a strong background in social work and addiction recovery. Currently, Richard serves as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Vantage Health System, Inc. and has been involved with the Bergen County Addiction Recovery Program and the Addiction Recovery Program County of Bergen since January 2014.
