Mike Hess

Mike Hess has a diverse work experience history. Mike started their career as an Intern at Vantage Homes in 2005. Mike then became the Manager of Informal Recreation at Colorado State University from 2005 to 2008. Following that, Mike worked at Northwestern Mutual, first as a Financial Representative - Intern, then as a Financial Representative and finally as a College Unit Director. In 2012, they returned to Vantage Homes and held various roles including Assistant Community Builder, Community Builder (Superintendent), Sales & Marketing Manager, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President since June 2017.

Mike Hess attended Colorado State University from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Business Entrepreneurship with a focus on Communications. In 2014, they briefly attended Kaplan University, studying Real Estate.
