Santiago Incle III is an experienced System Engineer II at Vantage MedTech since February 2019, where responsibilities include collaboration on project lifecycles, development of risk analysis and FMEA documentation, and testing of medical device software and hardware. Previously, Santiago served as a Quality Assurance Intern at Marson Medical, Inc., gaining exposure to FDA and ISO 13485 compliance and assisting in product inspections and manufacturing operations. Earlier experience includes a role as Good Neighbor Liaison at Rutgers Off Campus Living and Community Partnership, providing resources and organizing community engagement activities, as well as a Summer Intern position at Nexcore Technology Inc., focusing on quality assurance in compliance with regulatory standards. Santiago holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rutgers University.
