R. Deskins

R. "Dale" Deskins, EMGM, USAF CMSgt (Ret.) currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Aguila Youth Leadership Institute, contributing to the organization's mission of supporting youth in their academic and professional endeavors. As Vice President of Operations at Vantage Mobility since September 2021, Deskins manages over 200 employees in the manufacturing of wheelchair-accessible vehicles, applying methodologies in process improvement and quality. Prior experience includes a full-time educational focus from 2017 to 2021, coupled with extensive leadership roles in the United States Air Force from 2010 to 2017, overseeing large teams and significant operational budgets. Deskins holds an Executive Master of Global Management and multiple certifications in leadership, project management, and supply chain management from prestigious institutions.
