Steve McColl

Steve McColl is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Vantage and the Founder of Saltire Services LLC, McColl advises early-stage startups on enhancing data, engineering, and product development. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at CarbonChain, where efforts were focused on enabling climate-critical sectors to track supply chain emissions, and VP of Engineering at ActionIQ, where strategic partnerships drove revenue growth. McColl also held engineering leadership positions at Forcepoint, RedOwl Analytics, and Goldman Sachs, leading large teams and defining strategic technology initiatives. McColl holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh.
