Anne Burns Holman

Anne Burns Holman currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Vantage Specialty Chemicals, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Anne was with Extenet from November 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included VP and Associate General Counsel, as well as Assistant General Counsel. From December 2012 to November 2016, Anne worked as Senior Counsel for Southern Company Gas, supporting Pivotal Home Solutions. Previous legal experience includes serving as a Business and Real Estate Transactional Attorney at Edwards Wildman Palmer and as a Corporate and Securities Attorney at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP. Anne holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law (2007) and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame (2001). Anne graduated from Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School in 1997.
