Currently serving as Senior Expert Quality Assurance at Vantage Towers since March 2021, Dr. Richter previously held roles including Leiter Qualitätsmanagement at Delignit AG and QM-Manager at ABLE Management Services GmbH. With a background in controlling and quality management systems at Bundesanstalt für Geowissenschaften und Rohstoffe, Dr. Richter has also worked as Quality Manager and Environmental Manager at L'Orange GmbH and as a Quality Management Consultant at Quality Mind. Earlier experience includes serving as Art Director and Quality Manager at Flesch Verlag. Dr. Richter holds a Doctorate in Geology from Leibniz Universität Hannover and multiple qualifications in quality and environmental management.
