Joaquim Oliveira

Joaquim Oliveira is an experienced professional in telecommunications with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as O&M Manager at Vantage Towers since October 2022, Joaquim previously held the position of Head of Network Management Center at NOWO Portugal from September 2021 to October 2022. Prior roles include Technical Continuous Improvement Group Manager and Technical Support Manager at NOS SGPS, where Joaquim managed teams focused on customer technical support and continuous improvement of services. Joaquim's extensive background includes management positions at various esteemed companies such as Optimus/sonaecom, Sonaecom, Telecel, and Siemens, exemplifying expertise in technical support, operations, and software telecommunications analysis.
