Liz Rayer

Liz Rayer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and consulting. Since 2004, Liz has served as a Partner and Principal at Vantage Partners. Prior to this, Liz held the position of Managing Director at BPYI, Inc. from 2002 to 2004 and was the Managing Principal at Elevation Strategies from 2001 to 2004. Liz began a career in leadership as Chief Knowledge Officer at Thinking Sun, Inc. between 2000 and 2001 and worked as a Consultant at DBM from 1998 to 2000. Liz holds a PhD in Organizational Development from Temple University, an MA in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach, and a BA in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict.
