Austen Spoonts began working as a Senior Inside Sales Executive for Vantagepoint AI, LLC in March 2023. Prior to this, they owned their own business, Rock Steady Boxing, Inc., starting in May 2019. Austen also worked at ASPER BROTHERS as a North American Business Development professional from March 2022 to February 2023.

Austen Spoonts holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Houston. Additionally, Austen has pursued further education in the field of Artificial Intelligence, completing the Business Implications of Artificial Intelligence course at MIT Sloan Executive Education.
