Jordan Youtz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Sales Consultant at Simply Mac in 2011, where they played a key role in increasing annual sales and enhancing customer relations. In 2012, they joined Lightbox Imaging as a Copywriter, optimizing SEO and expanding the company's online presence. They then moved on to Clay Creative as a Digital Communications Specialist Copywriter, where they managed social media channels, developed blog content, and maintained company analytics.

In 2016, Youtz became a Business Developer at CABESTAN, establishing partnerships and collaborating on creative solutions in emerging technology, digital transformation, and experiential marketing. They later co-founded the Smart Nightlife Company, where they developed a platform called Drinktopia that offered a cashless nightlife experience and facilitated brand activations and promotions. In 2017, they joined SensyTouch as the UK Marketing Manager, and in the same year, they co-founded OnlineBar, serving as the COO and contributing to its growth as a startup.

In 2018, Youtz founded Enlighton, a self-ordering platform built around digital tables. They served as the Founder until 2020, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and operations. They then joined IQnection as a Senior Account Manager, overseeing client accounts before moving on to their current role as an Email Marketing and Communications Specialist at Vantagepoint AI, LLC.
