Damian Gautschi

Damian Gautschi, PhD, currently serves as Associate Director of R&D Strategy and Operations at VantAI, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Damian worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate from May 2022 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as a Laboratory Assistant and Teaching Assistant at ETH Zurich in 2018 and 2017, respectively, and serving as a Private Tutor at Learning Institute AG from August 2016 to June 2017. Damian completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at ETH Zürich in February 2022, following a Master of Science (MSc) in Biological Chemistry from the same institution between 2016 and 2018. An undergraduate education was completed at Imperial College London, focusing on Biochemistry and Biotechnology, followed by a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology from ETH Zürich from 2013 to 2016.
