Al DiGuiseppe, PMP

Al DiGuiseppe, PMP has a diverse range of work experience spanning several decades. Al currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Vanteon Corporation, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at D3 Engineering, LLC for ten years, serving as the Director of Engineering from August 2010 to January 2020.

Before joining D3 Engineering, LLC, Al DiGuiseppe held the role of Sr. Sales Manager at Newport Corporation, Richardson Gratings, where they managed a factory-based team and successfully implemented programs to drive market penetration and customer acceptance.

From 1989 to 2008, Al worked at MKS Instruments, ENI Products Group, where they held various roles including Sales Manager, Program Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Sales Engineer. Al led a high-performance team and acted as the key contact point for strategic product development programs and projects for top-tier accounts.

Al's early career includes a role at Estek, A division of Eastman Technology, where they worked as a Sales Engineer and Field Engineer. Al'sresponsibilities included sales of silicon wafer cleaning equipment to semiconductor fabrication facilities and providing application and process development support.

Al DiGuiseppe, PMP completed their associates degree in Instrumentation Technology from Monroe Community College, where they studied from 1979 to 1981. Later, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed from 1982 to 1985.
