John Passaniti

John Passaniti has extensive work experience in software engineering and embedded systems. John started their career in 1988 as a Programmer at Rochester Software Technologies, Inc. John then joined Applied Research and Technology, Inc. in 1990 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they primarily focused on creating firmware for audio signal processing equipment. In 1997, they joined Lab X Technologies, LLC as a Software Design Engineer, developing software for audio/video engineering design services. John worked there until 2009 when the company was acquired by Biamp Systems. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Software Engineer at Performance Technologies, contributing to the development of networking and telecommunications products. In 2010, they joined Ashly Audio, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and continued their work on firmware development until 2016. After that, they served as an Embedded Systems Software Engineer at Leuze Electronic USA from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Embedded Software Engineer at Vanteon Corporation, a role they have been in since September 2018.
