Ashley Visina

Ashley Visina is an accomplished research professional with extensive experience in analytical chemistry and method development. Currently serving as a Research Associate III at Vantive since May 2025, Ashley previously held the position of Senior Chemist at Medtronic from December 2019 to December 2024, where contributions included leading the development and validation of GC-MS Screening Test Methods for medical device compliance and enhancing workflow efficiency with MassHunter software. Prior roles include Scientist II at Abbott from January 2016 to November 2019, focusing on GC/MS analyses and technical reporting, Research Scientist at BioAmber Inc. for a brief period in late 2015, and Lab Analyst II at 3M from April 2012 to October 2015, where over 100 GC methods were developed. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
