Austin Jones

Austin Jones is the Principal Engineer at Vantive, where they are currently leading engineering projects. They previously held positions as Engineer II - Project Engineering and Engineer II - Client Support, managing capital projects and implementing process improvements that significantly increased overall equipment effectiveness. Before their roles in engineering, Austin gained experience as a Senior Automation Project Engineer at Marshalltown and as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Baxter International Inc. They also served as a Razorback Patrol Cadet at the University of Arkansas Police Department and worked as a cook at Sonic Drive-In early in their career. Austin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, graduating with a GPA of 3.53.
