Haitao Wang Ph.D.

Haitao Wang PhD, PMP, serves as the Associate Director of Solution & Containers at Vantive since August 2025, where responsibilities include leading technical execution for innovation, development, and lifecycle management initiatives across the Americas, Canada, and LATAM while building a diverse team of experts in various scientific disciplines. Prior experience includes a tenure as Scientific Leader at Apotex Inc. focusing on packaging and drug/device combinations, and multiple leadership roles at Baxter International Inc. that involved managing container closure systems for large volume injectables and designing a non-PVC container for a dialysis solution. Additional roles include serving as Innovation Leader at Avery Dennison and Research Associate III at Baxter, specializing in packaging materials. Haitao Wang holds a PhD in Polymers Chemistry/Engineering Plastics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a Master’s in Polymer Material Science and Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Polymer Science and Engineering from Zhengzhou University.
