Lee Hutson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and quality management. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation at Vantive since February 2025, Lee previously held the role of Director of Engineering for MVDA Globalization & Process Control at Baxter International Inc. from December 2012 to February 2025, focusing on the implementation of multivariate data analysis methods in global manufacturing. Lee has also served as the Director of Quality, overseeing facility quality and associated budgets. Earlier in the career, Lee was a Quality Manager II at the University of Arkansas. Lee earned an engineering degree from the University of Arkansas, completing studies from January 1990 to January 1998.
